This Privacy Notice explains how BHSN Inc. ("BHSN", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this English website (allibee.ai/en) and its inquiry features.

If you sign up for or use the allibee service, the allibee Privacy Policy will apply to personal information processed in connection with that service. It is currently available in Korean at allibee.ai/privacy. You can request an English copy at privacy@bhsn.ai.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Information you give us through the contact form:

• Name, company, work email and phone number
• Country, and whether your company is Korean or a subsidiary of a Korean company
• The product, deployment type and number of users you are interested in
• The areas and jurisdictions you care about, how you heard about us, and any message you write
• Your choices to join the English interface waitlist or receive marketing emails

Information collected automatically, only if you accept analytics in our cookie banner:

• Pages visited, referring page, time on page, and clicks on links and buttons
• IP address, session ID, browser and operating system, device type, screen resolution, and country inferred from your browser or IP address

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage. Section 9 explains what these technologies do, which providers we use, and the choices available to you.

We do not intentionally request sensitive information. Please do not include it in your message. If we receive it, we will limit its use and delete it when it is not needed to respond to you.

Providing your information: we need the contact details and inquiry information marked as required in our form to review and respond to your request. If you do not provide that information, we may not be able to process your inquiry or arrange a demo or consultation.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To review and respond to your inquiry, communicate with you about your request, and arrange a product demonstration or consultation. Basis: our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and communicating with prospective business customers. Where you personally request steps before entering into a contract with BHSN in your individual capacity, we may rely on taking those steps at your request.

• To measure website use, understand demand by region and use case, and improve the website. Basis: your consent, given through our cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings.

• To send you product updates, newsletters and event information, only if you opt in. Basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

• To comply with legal obligations that apply to BHSN, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Basis: legal obligation, where the obligation provides a lawful basis under applicable data protection law; our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who we share it with

We disclose personal information to service providers that support our website hosting, inquiry management, customer relationship management, email communications and website analytics:

• Webflow, Inc. (United States) — website hosting and contact form submissions
• Pixellic Korea Co., Ltd. / Relate (Korea) — customer relationship management and marketing emails (marketing emails only if you opt in)
• PostHog, Inc. (United States) — website analytics, only if you accept analytics
• Google LLC (United States and other countries) — website analytics through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics

These providers process personal information under contractual and data protection arrangements with us. Their roles may vary depending on the service and its configuration.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, whether for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International transfers

BHSN is based in the Republic of Korea, and some of our service providers are in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your home country.

• From the European Economic Area: the European Commission has recognized the Republic of Korea as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.
• From the United Kingdom: transfers to the Republic of Korea are covered by the UK's adequacy regulations for the Republic of Korea.
• From Switzerland: we use the safeguards required under Swiss data protection law.
• To service providers in other countries, including the United States: we use the transfer mechanism that applies to each provider and transfer, such as the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Contact form inquiries: 1 year from submission. If an inquiry leads to a business relationship, we keep relevant records for the duration of that relationship and afterward for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Marketing email preferences: until you withdraw your consent
• Analytics data (PostHog): 1 year
• Analytics data (Google Analytics): user-level and event-level data is kept for 2 months. Aggregated reports may be kept separately under Google's settings.
• Your cookie choice: stored on your device for about 6 months, after which we ask again

After these periods, we delete or anonymize the information, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
• correct inaccurate information
• delete your information
• restrict or object to our use of it, including for direct marketing
• receive your information in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal
• opt out of certain uses or disclosures, such as sale, sharing or targeted advertising, where applicable

U.S. state privacy rights: depending on where you live and if applicable law applies to us, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose and why. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bhsn.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority:

• In the EEA: the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place
• In the United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
• In Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)

8. Security

We protect personal information with access controls, encryption and internal security policies. BHSN Inc. holds ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27017 certifications for allibee. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.

9. Cookies and your choices

When you first visit, we show a cookie banner with two equal options: Accept and Reject.

• Essential: local storage that remembers your cookie choice, together with the time and version of the banner you saw. It is kept on your device for about 6 months. This does not require consent.
• Analytics: PostHog and Google Analytics, to measure how visitors use the website. We load these only after you select Accept. If you select Reject, they are not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings, at the bottom of each page. If you withdraw your consent, we stop the analytics tools and delete their cookies on this device. This does not delete data that was already collected; to request deletion, contact us.

On this English website we do not use advertising cookies, session recording or heatmaps. Automatic click collection is limited to links and buttons, and we do not collect what you type into form fields through analytics.

Because we load analytics only after you opt in and we do not sell or share personal information, browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not change how this website works.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will provide more prominent notice.
