Which security certifications does allibee hold?

allibee holds the international security certifications ISO/IEC 27001 (information security management system) and ISO/IEC 27017 (cloud security). The service is operated in accordance with domestic and international security standards and is reviewed regularly.

How is uploaded contract data protected?

allibee protects contract data through per-customer data isolation, encryption in transit and role-based access control. Only assignees and reviewers designated under account permissions can access the data.

Can other customers see our data?

No. allibee uses each customer (tenant) as the boundary for data isolation, preventing other customers from accessing your data.

Can contract access be restricted by department or user?

Yes. Access permissions can be segmented by user role and data scope. Users can view only the data within their authorized scope — such as data they created or requested, data for which they are designated as assignee, reviewer or approver, or data within their department or company.

Is our data used for AI training?

No. Contracts and documents uploaded by customers are used solely to provide the service and are never used as training data for AI models.

Is stored data encrypted?

Yes. AES-256 encryption is applied to data at rest and TLS to data in transit, reducing the risk of exposure and unauthorized access.

Which AI models does allibee use, and is data shared with external AI providers?

AI models may change as the service evolves. Data protection safeguards apply when external AI providers are used. Contact us for details on applicable providers, retention terms, and contractual protections.

What happens to our data if we cancel the service?

Cancellation stops the next billing (renewal). Even after cancellation, your registered contract data is not deleted and remains available to view and download. To discontinue the service entirely, you must separately request account deletion and workspace closure; data is deleted 30 days after full account deletion.

How does allibee respond to security incidents?

allibee maintains detection, response, backup and recovery systems to prepare for security incidents, and responds promptly in accordance with established procedures if an incident occurs.
